SaaS MVP Development Agency for Multi-Tenant Products

Bracket Mind is a SaaS development agency in Gujranwala, Pakistan that takes founders and businesses from MVP to a multi-tenant product, with tenancy, billing, usage limits and data isolation built in from the start. We ship our own SaaS too: Aidfolk, our AI customer-support product, has been live at aidfolk.com since October 2026 with 1,077 backend tests passing.

What does a multi-tenant SaaS need from day one?

The hard parts of SaaS are rarely the features. They are tenancy, billing, usage limits and data isolation, and they are expensive to retrofit. We build those foundations first: tenant-scoped data access where a cross-tenant request fails by design, plan-driven usage limits, and subscription billing wired to your payment provider.

We hold our own product to the same standard. In Aidfolk, every query is scoped to the tenant, and the knowledge index adds forced row-level security under an app role that cannot bypass it, with a test suite that runs as a role set up the same way. Every AI call is priced into an append-only ledger that a database trigger refuses to edit, so usage can be billed per customer.

  • Multi-tenant architecture with tenant isolation in every query, backed by row-level security in the database
  • Subscription billing, plans and usage limits
  • Admin back office and customer self-service portals
  • Cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS or Cloudflare with CI/CD from day one

How fast can you launch a SaaS MVP?

It depends on how much the first version has to do, so we put the timeline in writing with a fixed quote instead of promising a number before we have seen the scope. A focused MVP is one core workflow, authentication, billing and a deployable cloud environment.

We cut scope with you deliberately. The goal of an MVP is a product real users can pay for, not a feature list, and the foundations above are what let it grow past the MVP stage instead of being thrown away.

Questions buyers ask

What does it cost to build a SaaS MVP?

It depends on the complexity of the core workflow and the integrations it needs, so we quote each project individually instead of publishing prices. The quote covers multi-tenant foundations, billing and cloud deployment, the parts that are expensive to retrofit later. You get a fixed written quote after a scoping call, before you commit.

Can you build multi-tenant SaaS in .NET?

Yes, it is core to what we do. Our own HR and payroll platform, in development on .NET 10 and ASP.NET Core, has 370 endpoints behind 120 permissions, checked at the endpoint and again in the service layer. For a client, we work on a shared .NET 10 AI backend that serves four products, where a request that reaches across tenants gets a 404.

Do you take over SaaS products started by other teams?

Yes. We inherit codebases, including AI-generated prototypes from tools like Lovable, Bolt and Cursor, audit them, publish a defect register and rebuild what is unsound. One inherited compliance product started as a Bolt.new prototype and now has 250+ tests on its compliance engine.

What should I ask a team before they build my multi-tenant SaaS?

Ask where tenant isolation is enforced, what happens when a request reaches across tenants, and how usage and AI costs are metered per customer. Our answers are in code we can show you: row-level security on Aidfolk's knowledge index, row-level security on all 35 tables in our Zentally app, and cross-tenant requests that return 404 on a client's AI backend. We also hold a 5.0★ rating across 20 client reviews.
