Multi-Tenant Platform + AI LayerProduction
Community & Marketplace Platform
A community, marketplace and work-list platform used by many organizations, each with its own configuration — where members generate pages, forms and images by describing them in chat.
- AI added to a 3,500-commit codebase
- Upgraded from Angular 17 to 20
- 9 languages, per-tenant configuration

The challenge
A large multi-tenant Angular platform, in development since 2021, needed an AI layer — page generation, grounded Q&A and form completion — without a rewrite, and without breaking the tenants already running on it.
What we built· with the Bracket Mind team
- Streaming agentic page designer with a Claude-Code-style timeline — thinking, tool calls, per-section progress — and a plan the user approves before anything is built
- RAG chatbot with inline source citations and session continuity for anonymous and signed-in users
- AI form-autofill assistant that fills what it safely can, won't fill sensitive personal data, and shows why each field was skipped
- A Remote API data source for the page builder's charts, maps and KPI widgets — GET or POST, paste a cURL command straight from Chrome or Postman, JSON, XML or spreadsheet responses — with stored API keys filled in server-side and never sent to the browser
- Admin UI for LLM model-routing rules across Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenAI, with an AI cost dashboard by day, model and tenant
- Google tag handling with Consent Mode v2 — denied by default across the EEA, UK and Switzerland until the visitor accepts — plus an optional per-tenant cookie wall
- Upgraded from Angular 17 to 20, with create/edit wizards that render from each tenant's JSON configuration

Why it matters
Most AI work doesn't land on a blank page. It lands in a codebase with years of history and live tenants who'd notice the moment anything broke — this one has 3,500+ commits going back to 2021 and runs in nine languages. The AI layer went in alongside all of that rather than instead of it, which is the kind of AI integration most businesses actually need.
Our founder's part
Haseeb Attaullah: Full-stack engineer on a long-running multi-tenant Angular platform — the AI form-autofill assistant, the admin UI for LLM routing and AI cost reporting, the page builder's Remote API data source and its server-side key store, consent-mode analytics, and tenant-config tooling.
